1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Districtpedia — including our website at districtpedia.geo.hashmeta.tech and all related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, property agents, team leaders, aspiring agents, and any other party interacting with Districtpedia. Additional terms may apply to specific features such as profile claiming or agent spotlight applications.

2. About Our Platform

Districtpedia is Singapore's Property Agent Discovery & Growth Platform. We help buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants find local property experts. We let consumers explore district and neighbourhood knowledge. And we give property agents, team leaders, and aspiring agents a platform to share expertise and grow their presence.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When you do, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, and you must not share them with any other person.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Districtpedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Agent Profiles and Claims

Agent profiles on Districtpedia are created from publicly available information and user submissions. Agents may claim their profile, subject to verification steps that may include manual or supported checks against CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) records before ownership transfer.

Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date profile information. The following are strictly prohibited:

• False credentials or misrepresented qualifications
• Fictional transaction data or invented testimonials
• Unverifiable awards or misleading specialisations
• Any content that could deceive or mislead consumers

Districtpedia reserves the right to remove or correct inaccurate information without notice.

Sponsored placements: If any paid placement or promotional feature exists on the platform, it will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored." Districtpedia does not operate a pay-to-win ranking system.

5. User Content and Conduct

Users may submit content to Districtpedia — including reviews, enquiries, comments, and applications — subject to these terms. By submitting content, you grant Districtpedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for platform operation and promotion.

The following content is prohibited:

• False or misleading information
• Defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory material
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content
• Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights

Districtpedia reserves the right to moderate, remove, or refuse any content without notice. All forms on the platform — including consumer enquiries, recruitment enquiries, agent spotlight applications, contact submissions, and newsletter sign-ups — are subject to server-side validation, anti-spam measures, and consent requirements.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Districtpedia is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For full details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

• We obtain explicit consent for all data collection, including newsletter subscriptions.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties for unrelated marketing.
• Users have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for their data.
• Public and private CMS data are maintained separately per platform guardrails.

7. Intellectual Property

The Districtpedia name, logo, and all platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

Agent-submitted content remains the property of the submitting agent, subject to the licence grant described in Section 5. We respect third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us with details of the claim and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

Districtpedia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Platform commitment: Districtpedia does not display fictional people, portraits, transaction data, testimonials, ratings, price trends, awards, partnerships, or unverifiable "best" claims. This is a core platform commitment, not a user warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Districtpedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability is capped where permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any agent, user, or third party. We are not liable for any loss arising from property transactions or professional engagements facilitated through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Districtpedia, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Districtpedia may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, or to alternative dispute resolution as determined by Districtpedia.

13. Changes to These Terms

Districtpedia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified via platform notice or email where possible. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
