Districtpedia does not facilitate property transactions directly. Any engagement, negotiation, or agreement between users and agents occurs independently of our platform.

Agent Information & Verification

Agent profiles on Districtpedia are created using a combination of publicly available information and self-reported data submitted by agents or their representatives. We do not independently verify every claim, qualification, or statement made on an agent's profile.

Agents may claim their profiles through our supported workflow. Profile ownership transfer requires manual verification steps that reference publicly listed CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) records. However, the presence of a claimed profile does not constitute a guarantee of current CEA registration status, and users should verify an agent's credentials directly with CEA before engaging their services.

If sponsored or promoted placements appear on the platform, they are clearly labelled as such. We do not present fictional people, fabricated transaction data, testimonials, ratings, or unverifiable "best agent" claims.

Neighbourhood Guides & Content

Our neighbourhood guides and district information are provided for general informational purposes only. Content is researched from attributable sources and includes update dates where applicable.
